Ms. Monica Phillips Nix

Monica Nix holds a Masters of Arts in English from Georgetown University. She loves being in a classroom with students, sharing her passion for learning, literature, and writing well.  She loves teaching and would enjoy teaching almost any subject!  Outside the classroom Monica favors reading, gardening, walking in nature, and spending time with family and good friends.  

Currently Monica teaches English 11/American Literature and English 12/British Literature and is always happy to help her students. Students may set up a time to meet by checking with her after class, stopping by her classroom to schedule a time, or they may email nixm@notredamehighschool.com.
