Wesley, graduated from South Kortright Central School in 1984 (George Orwell) and after graduating high school received a college scholarship to attend and play soccer at Elmira College. Wesley graduated from Elmira College in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in psychology. In 1989 was hired by the Elmira Police Department as a patrol officer. In 1999 was promoted to investigator for the EPD detective bureau. In 2010 after retiring from the police department, began teaching at Notre Dame High School. Wesley, uses his past police experience to teach his students the following courses: Forensic Science, Law and Society and Financial Literature. In 2013 Wesley was elected to the position of Town Magistrate for the Town of Chemung NY. Wesley is currently serving his second term as court Judge. Being a NYS Magistrate assists in keeping up to date on the latest laws pertaining to courses he teaches at Notre Dame High School.

Wesley, resides in the Town of Chemung NY with his wife Darcy. Together they have three beautiful children and an adorable golden retriever named Gertrude.
