Morgan is in her second year at Notre Dame High School, where she directs all of the instrumental music ensembles (Jazz Band, Symphonic Band, and Junior High Band), teachers Music Theory, provides group and individual music lessons, serves as a co-advisor of the newly formed Tri-M Music Honor Society, and is the Music Director of the school's theatre department and musical productions. She received her Master's Degree in Instrumental Music Education from Bowling Green State University and her Bachelor's Degree in Trombone Performance and Music Education with a minor in Theatre Studies from The Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam.
Outside from Notre Dame, Morgan is a freelance musician, performing on trombone and multiple other instruments across the Hudson Valley, Greater New York City Area, and North Country Regions of New York State, as well as across the Northwest Ohio Region in jazz ensembles, pit orchestras, symphony orchestras, brass quintets, chamber ensembles, and wind ensembles. She also teaches private instrumental and vocal lessons.
Make-up lessons must be scheduled individually with Ms. Decker. She is also available for tutorials after school until 3:30pm, or by appointment.
