What is SCRIP?

SCRIP is a fundraising program Notre Dame High School has participated in for more than a year. It is a great way for parents, alumni and friends of Notre Dame to help raise funds for our school programs WITH NO TIME, EFFORT OR FINANCIAL COMMITMENTS.

You simply use store and restaurant gift cards you purchase in the Main Office to pay for your everyday shopping, dining and living expenses instead of using cash. Notre Dame then receives a percentage of your sale from the SCRIP program. It only takes a bit of pre-planning as you think about where you shop and dine so you can purchase gift cards for the businesses your family uses regularly.

It's simple but can raise thousands of dollars for Notre Dame. Some local businesses donate as much as 13 percent of your total sale back to the school. Imagine … every time you go out to dinner, buy groceries, put gas in your tank AND pay using a pre-paid SCRIP gift card, you will earn money for Notre Dame.

You'll be surprised at the number of local merchants who participate in our behalf. Local businesses include: Tops, P&C, Jubilee, Exxon/Mobile, Home Depot, Lowe's, most restaurants and many stores in Arnot Mall and Consumer Square. Please click on our SCRIP form below to view a complete list of participating businesses and the percentages Notre Dame receives from your sale.

This is an opportunity we cannot afford to pass up. Any time you make a big purchase from one of the participating merchants, or even if you're just filling up your gas tank, be sure to SCRIP it!
