Limited resources make it impossible to take care of the educational needs of all potential students; therefore, Notre Dame reserves the right to accept or reject any candidate for admission based on the student's academic and behavioral record from the school of transfer. Notre Dame High School does not discriminate against otherwise qualified persons with disabilities, if with reasonable accommodations, the individual can perform the necessary tasks. Students transferring to Notre Dame because of academic/behavioral problems in another school are accepted on a probationary basis.
